We receive your email address if you subscribe to alerts. Hosting may record technical logs (IP address, date and requested resource) to operate and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile issues a verification token when you submit the form, to reduce spam.

We do not sell or share the subscriber list.

Your email is used to send RIGI project and gazette alerts. The legal basis is your consent: submitting the form and the later confirmation email.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email or by writing to hola@rigi.ar.

We keep your email while the subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you mail.

We operate the site with Vercel (frontend), our own server for the API and PostgreSQL, Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (form verification) and Google Fonts for the DM Sans typeface.

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data (Argentine Law 25.326) by writing to hola@rigi.ar. You may also lodge a complaint with Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

The site currently uses only technical cookies or storage: locale (next-intl), hosting operation and Turnstile verification. There are no measurement or advertising cookies.

If we later enable analytics or ads, we will update this section. We do not show a cookie banner while there are no non-essential cookies.

RIGI.ar is not an official body of the Argentine State. Normative texts come from the Official Gazette and are not translated: the official text is Spanish.

The site is informational and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. Some project figures (jobs, exports, production) may include editorial curation from complementary official sources, in addition to the Official Gazette.
